Returns & Refunds

As The Bump Box Co. Gift Boxes are made to order we cannot accept any returns for change of mind. Any Gift Boxes that have any imperfections or inconsistencies are a result from being a handmade product and we believe is what gives our signature gift boxes their character and therefore no return is offered.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives to you damaged, please return it to us within 48 hours. First you must email us immediately at hello@thebridalboxco.com.au for a return authority stating the problem with the item.

PLEASE NOTE – all items sent from The Bump Box Co. have been quality checked before they are sent. The only damage that will be accepted for return is where the goods are damaged in transit. Ensure that you inspect the items as soon as received as no exchange is offered after 48 hours of receipt.

We cannot accept return of items that have been used or are damaged or soiled.

If the parcel that the item arrives in is damaged and you believe the item inside may be damaged we suggest that you refuse to accept the delivery and not sign for it. If you do wish to accept a damaged box please write a note on the form to say you ­­­­­­are accepting a damaged package.

Incorrect Products or Order

If you believe you have received an incorrect order, items are missing or items are incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve this matter. In the event where a product has been ordered incorrectly and replacement is being sought, this will be handled in a case-by-case manner. We do not replace engraved products where a name or title has been ordered incorrectly. If you believe you have ordered with a typographical error, please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify the error if possible.
